At Certified Inspection Services, our mission is to provide true third party testing services.

CIS operates a dedicated Weld Test Centre providing welder, welding operator, brazer, and brazing operator qualification testing for a wide range of applications and code requirements. 

• CWB welder qualification
• ASME IX welder / brazer qualification
• Pressure welder / brazer qualification (ITS / boiler branch)
• In service welding qualification (CSA Z662)
• Welding procedure development (WPS / PQR)

We also offer weld test assemblies for qualification or training. Assemblies are available in CSA, ASME or AWS specifications. we offer Carbon Steel, Stainless Steel and Aluminum test assemblies.
